Herewise is designed to help people discover mental health and emotional wellbeing resources without pressure, judgement or unnecessary data collection.
Choice, not prescription
We show resources that may be relevant. We do not diagnose, rank treatments or replace professional medical advice.
Trust is maintained
Listings are moderated, visibly dated and periodically checked. People can report unsafe or outdated information.
Privacy by design
Your search is personal.
You do not need an account to search. Herewise is designed not to attach mental-health searches or exact location to an identifiable profile.
- Location permission is only requested after you choose it
- Exact coordinates do not need to be stored
- Sensitive terms are kept out of shareable web addresses
- Quick Exit clears temporary search state before leaving
Approved organisation representatives can use a separate listing-management account. For these accounts, Herewise stores the work email, organisation name, access status and listing changes needed to provide and audit the service. Passwordless authentication is provided by Supabase and account emails are delivered by Resend. This organisation account data is kept separate from public visitors’ support searches.
Cookie information
Optional, limited analytics.
Herewise only loads Google Analytics after you choose “Accept analytics”. It helps us understand broad patterns such as how many visits the site receives, without collecting the words you search for, form entries or your exact location.
Analytics is disabled entirely on urgent help pages, individual resource pages, resource submission pages, organisation dashboards and the admin area. Advertising features and Google signals are also switched off.
If you accept, Google Analytics may set _ga and _ga_NX7DCV1SNK cookies. Herewise configures these to expire after 90 days. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the footer; rejecting analytics also asks your browser to remove these cookies.
